The INEOS Technologies team’s experience in Fluid-Bed Catalysts is based on a unique combination of plant operation and R&D activities.
We have a strong background coming from the operation of many different Fluid-Bed reactors with different designs. Within these different technologies both air-based and oxygen-based reactors are in operation.
We have proven IVOC Oxychlorination Fluid-Bed Catalysts covering many different fluid bed oxychlorination technologies and processes:
- Low temperature air-based processes
- High temperature air-based processes
- Low temperature oxygen-based processes
- High temperature oxygen-based processes
- Oxygen enriched air based processes
Our extensive fluid bed pilot plant facilities are used for optimisation, development and innovation of new catalysts and to extend our customer support.
Our strong knowledge in the field, also based on the operation of our own fluid bed reactors in INEOS ChlorVinyls, allows our team to offer a full support to the customers in optimising the operation of their reactors with our catalysts.
