INEOS Technologies is committed to the long-term support of our worldwide licensees and catalyst customers. In addition to support and technology transfer services given during the design, engineering, construction and commissioning of licensed plants, INEOS Technologies also offers an on-going program of after sales service throughout the lifetime of the plant. This service is designed to meet the diverse and evolving needs of our licensees as world class producers.
This technical service is also available to customers buying catalysts, additives or components from INEOS Technologies for use on other technologies.
As part of this commitment to on-going support, INEOS Technologies conducts regular technical meetings with our licensees. These meetings offer the opportunity to discuss the licensee’s plant performance and suggestions for improvements, discuss licensee’s questions with our team of world wide process and catalyst experts and review health, safety, and environmental best practices.
The tailored technical service program is dependent upon the technology platform, however it can be developed to encompass areas including:

INEOS Technologies brings this technical service to its customers in the way that best suits the client. This typically includes visits to the customers plant backed up by remote communication. In some areas customer meetings are arranged by INEOS Technologies to bring together customers facing similar issues with similar technologies – these meetings allow the sharing of best practice as well as an opportunity to learn of the latest developments on offer from INEOS Technologies.
Technical Service is provided to customers by highly experienced and well trained staff. These professionals include chemical engineers and scientists with a deep knowledge of their technology and the associated products.
