CHLORCOAT™ CP2 has proven low voltage, long lifetime performance and is able to meet the demanding requirements of all types of diaphragm cell technology. In order to meet the requirements of diaphragm cell operation the anode structures and coatings must meet the following criteria:

Durable and stable in relatively alkaline anolyte conditions.
Provide the optimum anode/diaphragm gap, to give minimum energy consumption without gas bubble erosion of the diaphragms in operation.
Fit with maximum clearance into the cathode box, during cell assembly.
