Peter Williams - Chief Executive Officer

Peter Williams was appointed as CEO in 2006 when INEOS Technologies was created. Prior to joining INEOS, he worked for BP for 23 years in numerous leadership positions in both the UK and France. He has a DPhil in Chemistry from the University of York.

John McNally -Technology & Operations Director

John McNally was appointed as Technology and Operations Director in 2006 when INEOS Technologies was created. Prior to joining INEOS, he worked for BP for 16 years in numerous technology management and business development roles in the UK, France, and in the USA. He has a PhD in Chemistry from Harvard.

Peter Grant - Business Director

Peter Grant was appointed Business Director in 2008. Prior to becoming Business Director, he was the Business Manager for INEOS' European polypropylene business and prior to joining INEOS held a variety of commercial roles in BP with over 20 years experience in the chemical industry. He has a BCom (Hons) in Business Studies from Edinburgh University.

Martin Olavesen - Chief Financial Officer

Martin Olavesen was appointed CFO in 2009. Prior to becoming CFO, he was the Business Controller of INEOS Polyolefins and prior to joining INEOS held various financial and commercial roles in BP with over 20 years experience in the chemical industry. He has a BSc (Hons) in Chemistry and Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham.
