The INEOS Technologies range of build-up suppressants includes products that can be applied every batch, as well as concentrated products to be used only if and when required.
The products are designed to eliminate build-up or fouling on PVC reactor surfaces. Elimination of build-up leads to advantages including longer runs between high pressure cleaning and fewer slurry filter blockages, which in turn translates into higher productivity, improved quality and superior environmental performance.
The EVICAS products are used on the INEOS ChlorVinyls plants and worldwide, in suspension, emulsion, microsuspension and copolymer reactors.
The product routinely gives production lengths of several hundred and in some cases more than 2000 reactor batches without needing to open the reactor.
